Your spouse or common-law partner has completed at least two academic years of full-time study in a program of at least two years at a recognized secondary or post-secondary institution in Canada. You have at least one year of full-time work experience in Canada in an occupation classified under Skill Type 0 or Skill Levels A or B of the National Occupational Classification (NOC), with a valid work permit or authorized work status. Your spouse or common-law partner has completed at least one year of full-time work in Canada with a valid work permit or authorized work status. Do you have a valid job offer (arranged employment) in Canada?
